Telephone Traffic
 
wpe2.jpg (24177 bytes)Call logging systems will provide information on what is happening within the telephone system, in terms of the telephone traffic.  It will for example provide information on the volumes of traffic at hourly intervals during the day and this can be provided in either graphical or tabular format.  The picture opposite shows a typical such traffic profile and it can clearly be seen that the levels of traffic fluctuate throughout the day with typically two main peaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
